Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Midray.co.uk. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please note that custom length handles and any other made-to-order or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.

To start a return, contact us at midray88@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide the return shipping address and instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please contact us at midray88@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the exchange process. Custom length handles and personalized products cannot be exchanged unless faulty.
